Members of St. Joseph, Guardian of the Holy Family Parish strive to grow as disciples of Jesus Christ by encountering His presence in Word and Sacrament and Community. As part of His Body, the Church, we participate in Jesus' saving mission by actively sharing our faith and carrying His life and love out into the world.

We are a newly established parish of close to 3000 households, with 3 main churches and 2 chapels, a community rich in our history and vibrant in our Catholic faith. Whether you are a year round or summer resident of Falmouth or just visiting Cape Cod, we are here to help you in any way that we can, most especially in your life of faith in Jesus Christ.
